Lowongan Kerja - Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Male with minimum Diploma Degree in electronics - Job Indonesia
• Experience in manufacturing company, especially in plastic injection company as Maintenance Leader (min. 3 years) or as Maintenance Supervisor (min. 1 year)
• Able to read technical drawing, understand PLC program and maintain utility for manufacturing industry
• Experience in made maintenance schedule, instruction maintenance and overhaul data check point
• Active communicate in English
• Positive attitude, analytical thinking, and fast learner
• Willing to be located in Bekasi / Cibitung area - Job Vacancy

WORK STUDY ENGINEER

JOB SUMMARY, DUTIES & RESPONSIBLE:

• Issue and confirm standard rate with installing SMV/SAH costing to GSD
• Implement & maintains new engineered methods for better productivity & reduced operation cost
• Support production in all changing projects
• Conducts production study, work study, operation follow up to prove standards
• Responsible for lines productivity
• Updates weekly engineering reports
• Make standard process and time standard process for every garment style
• Make lay out and line balancing
• Support factory manager for all production problems
• Controlling GSD and performance development

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIRMENTS:

• Industrial Engineering background
• 2 years working experience in garment industry or fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Any experience of production system and procedures, installation of incentive scheme, work study and performance analysis.
• Computer literate
• Basic knowledge English-spoken and written
