Drafter & Graphic Designer (3 positions)

Requirements:

• Male/Female max. 30 years oldBachelor degree from Design Interior / Architecture / Visual Communication
• Fresh graduated are welcome but preferably have  working experience min. 1 year as drafter/graphic designer
• Expert in Autocad, 3DMax, Corel Draw for drafterExpert in Illustrator and Photoshop for graphic designer
• Have a knowledge about application material interior
• Capable to work in tight schedule and deadlineHaving good sense of aesthetic
• Willingness to be located in Pluit

JOB SUMMARY, DUTIES & RESPONSIBLE:

• Issue and confirm standard rate with installing SMV/SAH costing to GSD
• Implement & maintains new engineered methods for better productivity & reduced operation cost
• Support production in all changing projects
• Conducts production study, work study, operation follow up to prove standards
• Responsible for lines productivity
• Updates weekly engineering reports
• Make standard process and time standard process for every garment style
• Make lay out and line balancing
• Support factory manager for all production problems
• Controlling GSD and performance development

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIRMENTS:

• Industrial Engineering background
• 2 years working experience in garment industry or fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Any experience of production system and procedures, installation of incentive scheme, work study and performance analysis.
• Computer literate
• Basic knowledge English-spoken and written

The new university named as Pancasila University (new). Engineering Faculty was consisted of departments of : Architecture, Civil, Ship, and aeronautika, and placed at Jl. Borobudur no.7 Central Jakarta.

In furthure progress, according to the trend, the departement of ship and aeronautika merger as mechanical department. To fulfilled the ages demand, in 1971, the department of Electrical is established.Since 1988, the engineering faculty placed at new campus at Srengsengsawah, South Jakarta.

At present Pancasila University is consisted of 5 faculties, Pharmaceu, Economic, Law, Engineering and Phsycology.Engineering faculty is consisted of six departments : Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Informatics and Electrical.Nowadays, Engineering Faculty of Pancasila University has 2500 studentbody.

The department of Mechanical and the department of Architecture are winning the Program Hibah Kompetisi A2 and A3 from Dikti. In the mean while, the department of Informatics has just finished the Program Hibah Kompetisi A1 which is started in 2004.

As developing faculty, our civitas academy (student, profesor and staff) implement information and communication technology  and student center learning in learning process. This is such a big challange !
