Persyaratan :

• Pria berusia 21 – 25  tahun;
• Lulusan D3 Teknik Elektro / Mesin;
• Lulusan D3 Farmasi;
• Berpengalaman minimal 1 - 2 tahun untuk D3 Farmasi;
• Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun bekerja dibidang tehnik yang berhubungan dengan mesin-mesin produksi, untuk D3 Teknik;
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, secara vertical maupun horizontal;
• Mampu membangun kerjasama yang baik dan mempunyai drive serta energi yang tinggi;
• Tidak mudah menyerah dan memiliki inisiatif yang tinggi;
• Pekerja keras, jujur, teliti, disiplin, matang, dan mampu bekerja dalam tekanan yang cukup tinggi;
• Lebih disukai yang mempunyai kemampuan bahasa Inggris, baik tulisan maupun lisan;
• Menguasai Microsoft Office (Komputer);
• Bersedia bekerja shift.

• Having knowledge for Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
• Knowledge in transformer production process is prefered
• Able to communicate in English both written and oral.
• Able to interact with various people from different levels within the organization.
• Able to operate MS Office and other programs.
• Strong team player, capable of performing in a fast-paced & deadline-driven environment as well as high accuracy in processing data.
