Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee Plating Department's daily operational activities
• Interface with various departments/engineering groups in cross-functional efforts to resolve product related issues
• Participation in the value engineering/analysis to improve products quality and reduce manufacturing cost
• Perform departmental budgeting & costing
• Identify and materialize cost saving projects
• Conduct review of process and operations to enhance operations safety
• Coach subordinates to improve their operations/knowledge competence

Pre-requisites :

• Degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university
• Good attention to detail and able to adapt in a challenging and dynamic environment   
• Good initiative and ability to work independently

• Good communication, strong analytical and report writing skills
• Knowledge of microsoft office applications and able to interpret Autocad engineering drawing
• Self-motivated and hardworking with pleasant personality
