CHEMICAL ENGINEER
(Electro Plating - Batam)
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee Plating Department's daily operational activities
- Interface with various departments/engineering groups in cross-functional efforts to resolve product related issues
- Participation in the value engineering/analysis to improve products quality and reduce manufacturing cost
- Perform departmental budgeting & costing
- Identify and materialize cost saving projects
- Conduct review of process and operations to enhance operations safety
- Coach subordinates to improve their operations/knowledge competence
Pre-requisites :
- Degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university
- Good attention to detail and able to adapt in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Good initiative and ability to work independently
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Good communication, strong analytical and report writing skills
- Knowledge of microsoft office applications and able to interpret Autocad engineering drawing
- Self-motivated and hardworking with pleasant personality
- Willing to be stationed in Batam (Indonesia)
